DESCRIPTION: The project consists of paper, plastic factories, a warehouse, stors and an office building ECOBUILD was appointed to develop the sustainability aspect of the design, supervise construction implementation; witness the commissioning consultancy, and simulate the energy and modeling aspect of the project includes insulated external walls and roofs with energy efficiient glass installed on the entire periphery. The factory successfully achieved Estidama One Pearl Rating.
